2020 was a rough year for everyone. For me, through burnout I lost 14kg of body mass in about 3 first months. I had to took the rest of the year off to recover and regain my health. And now im back! And weak…

Being forced to restart and re-learn made me appreciate my body. It highlighted the unsustainability of my previous approach to training, as well as my previous lack in technique. Right now, I just wish to share my appreciation of this sport, as well as my journey in progressing though it.

My body recovered quite quick, I re-started climbing dedicatedly in December of 2020. I set myself a goal of climbing boulder grade 7A by end of summer of 2021. I achieved this goal, now I need to set some goals to go further from here.

  • 5 second front-lever by summer 2024
  • One arm pull-up by autumn 2024
  • Long term goal: Get good enough to enter amateur competitions.
